[TheHobbitFilm.com] 10,000 Signatures and Creative Help!

[LET THE HOBBIT HAPPEN]

Dear Fellow Hobbit Campaign Members,

LithQ, has sent us news that the online petition for the Hobbit campaign
has reached 10,000 signatures! Here is the text of her email:

Wanted to let everyone know that I will be printing it out and sending a
copy to all the studios, and possibly one to Peter as well.  He will
certainly be provided with the url to see for himself.

The petition will stay up until Dec. 31st, 2004 as planned, but I imagine
this is the first big wave of signers, and 10,000 strong seems an
appropriate number at which to make the studios aware of the online
support for the making of the film.

Looking for Creative Help!

We are in the process of updating our banners and postcards at
TheHobbitFilm.com and are looking for some help from you!

WEB BANNERS:
If you are familiar with making web banners, here are the file sizes we
need to make the update:
468x60 animated GIF or static JPG
234x60 animated GiF or static JPG
120x600 animated GIF or static JPG
336x280 animated GiF or static JPG
728x90 animated GIF or static JPG
120x90 animated GiF or static JPG
120x120 animated GiF or static JPG

Please make sure the banners you create contain the words 'LET THE HOBBIT
HAPPEN' and the URL 'TheHobbitFilm.com'

Please note that we may not be able to post ALL web banners that are sent in.

POSTCARDS
If you are interested in designing a post card for the campaign, here are
the dimensions. Both front and back images would be greatly appreciate.
Please be as creative as you like, while making sure to get keep to our
positive message of letting the hobbit happen! :)

1803 pixels wide by 1205 high.

All files should be sent in one of the following formats: JPG, GIF, BMP, TIF

Please email them to creatives@thehobbitfilm.com

Any help with these graphics would be greatly appreciated! And don't
forget to keep passing the word! We have yet to hear from United Artists
or MGM, so lets keep those postcards and letters going!
